Employee List

The Employee List is an important component of your MXP platform. This list assists in setting up the reporting within the MXP platform. Please include all relevant employees by identifying the key roles within your organization on which you would like to obtain feedback.

Key Roles:

  • Branch Tellers: Frontline staff interacting with members during transactions.
  • Member Services Representatives: Any staff involved in handling member inquiries and support.
  • ITM Representatives: Those who interact virtually with members using your interactive teller machines.
  • Loan Officers: Those who directly assist members with loan inquiries and applications.
  • Loan Processors: Employees who handle the processing of loan applications and maintain communication with members.
  • Branch Managers: Supervisors overseeing branch operations and member interactions.

**Note: If an employee is not on the employee list, no surveys will be sent for them.

By including all relevant employees, you will gain a holistic view of the member experience, leading to more effective improvements.
