User Access

The purpose of the User Access list is to define who will have access to the survey results. This list assists in setting up the reporting within the MXP platform. User Access will include your Supervisors, Managers, and Executives. These Users will receive a username and password to access the MXP platform and view the results of the surveys for the branch(es)/department(s) you specify.

There are three levels of access to the MXP reports:

  1. Coach/Manager Level Access: allows users to view survey data for the employees of a specified branch/department. This would include your Branch/Department Managers who would only need to see the results for the employees in the Branch/Department.
  2. Mid-Level Access: allows users to view survey data for more than one specific branch/department. This would include your Regional Managers or any individual who will need to review the results for more than one branch/department.
  3. Executive Level Access: allows users to view survey data for all employees within the MXP platform.
