MemberView Closed Loop Options
In member experience parlance, "closing the loop" refers to any strategy you use to circle back with members once they have given you their feedback. MemberView offers four alert tools for closing the loop and expanding member relationships via your surveys at no additional cost to you with your package. These options are customizable.
Saves Alert
MemberView includes a robust email alert and ticketing system for saving at-risk members. Low scores will be reported in your reporting portal under the Saves Report. We have set low scores; however, you can fully customize your email alert criteria to fit your needs.

Opportunities Alert
This is a tracking system as well as an optional email alert option for your members who are interested in information about additional products and services. If you would like to ask your members if they would like information on any products and services offered by your credit union, this option is for you.

Social Media Alert
This option allows your respondents to share their delight with others via any social media platform of your choosing. We recommend you present this option to only those respondents who give your credit union high scores on designated questions. You will be able to monitor the social media activity via the email alerts and the Social Media Report.

Testimonials Alert
This option allows you more control over what gets shared on your social media. Members who rate you with a 9 or a 10 on the Promotor question and leave a comment in the Promotor comment box will be asked if they would let you use their comments in a testimonial. You can easily track and deploy testimonials with the Testimonial Permission report.
