Enhance Your Survey Engagement with Multilingual Options!

Ready to reach even more of your members by offering surveys and email invites in multiple languages? We’ve got you covered! We know how important it is for you to connect with your members in their preferred language. If you're considering adding another language to your email invitations and surveys, we'd love to assist you!

Here's How It Works 

Providing Translations:

You'll need to supply the translations for both the email invite and the survey content. To make this easy, we'll send you an Excel document where you can fill in all the translated text we'll need. Please note that our survey platform doesn't handle translations internally.


Email Invitations:

  • Option 1: We can include the translated text directly in the body of the email, so your members can read it in their language right away.
  • Option 2: We can keep the email in English, and your members can use their email provider's translate function to translate into their language if they prefer.

Surveys:

  • We'll input all your provided translations into your survey, including questions, buttons, contact info, and more.
  • When your members click the survey link in the email, they'll be taken to the survey page.
  • The survey will open in English by default, but there's a convenient button at the top right corner where members can select their preferred language.

Survey Responses:

  • Open-ended responses will appear in our reporting portal exactly as your members typed them, whether that's in English, Spanish, or another language.
  • For consistency, responses to scored questions, custom questions, and multiple-choice questions will be reported in English.

Providing surveys in your members' preferred language increases engagement and strengthens your connection with your diverse membership. We're here to make the process as smooth as possible helping you engage with your members more effectively. There is a nominal one-time fee for this service.
