Executive Summary - Overview and Best Practices

​The Executive Summary Report offers a comprehensive overview of your credit union's survey data, consolidating key performance indicators (KPIs) and demographic analyses into a single, accessible document. This report is particularly useful for leadership and board meetings.

Accessing the Executive Summary Report:

  1. Navigate to the Reports section:

  2. In the 'Report Type' dropdown menu, select Executive Summary.


     
  3. Choose your desired date range (ideally a 12-month period for optimal clarity).​

  4. Click Run new report to generate the summary.​

Key Components of the Report:

  • Response Summary: Breaks down survey responses by experience type, age, membership length, and delivery channel, helping identify typical respondents and interaction types.​
  • Overall Scores: Presents main KPIs such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Member Effort Score (MES), and Total Experience Score (TES), reflecting the overall performance of the credit union.
  • Trends: Tracks monthly changes in KPIs, to help identify performance patterns over time.​
  • Comparison Summary: Compares performance across different survey experiences, highlighting areas of excellence and areas needing improvement.​
  • Cross Tabulation Analysis: Provides detailed KPI performance across demographics like age, membership length, and delivery channel, offering insights into different member segments.

Best Practices for using the Report:

  • Regular Review: Schedule regular reviews of the report to monitor trends and address issues promptly.​
  • Segment Analysis: Take a deep dive into demographic data to tailor services and communications more effectively for different member segments.​
  • Benchmarking: Compare KPIs across various experiences to identify best practices and areas requiring attention.​
  • Stakeholder Communication: Share findings with leadership and staff, to support informed decision-making.​
  • Actionable Insights: Transform data insights into strategic actions to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.​
