The Saves & Opportunities Reminder feature streamlines workflows, encourages timely follow-up, and enhances accountability. By enabling these reminders, credit unions can help ensure employees follow through promptly, improving responsiveness and member engagement.
What It Does
This feature allows Program Administrators to configure reminders that notify employees when a survey appears on the Saves & Opportunity report, but no status update or action has been made after a defined period (3, 7, or 14 days).
How It Works
- Reminders are configured by the Program Administrator in the Client Admin Portal.
- Once enabled, individual users must opt in to receive email reminders.
- Reminders are delivered to the email address listed in each user's Personal Information section.
Until the feature is activated by the Program Admin, reminder options will appear grayed out and unavailable to users.
Enabling Reminders (For Program Administrators)
- Log in to MemberXP and navigate to the Client Admin Portal.
- Under Notifications Related Settings, select Email Notifications.
- Choose the relevant Experience Type under the drop-down.
- Under Email Notification Type, select the desired timeframe(s): 3 days, 7 days, or 14 days Reminder.
- Click Submit to save your settings.
- All active reminders will appear under Current Email Notifications. To delete a reminder, click Remove next to the corresponding entry.
Opting In to Reminders (For All Users)
- Log in to MemberXP and go to Edit Profile.
- Click on the Notifications tab and select the desired reminder intervals (3-day, 7-day, and/or 14-day).
- Click Update Profile to save your preferences.
Important: Users will not receive reminder emails unless they have manually opted in after the feature has been activated by an Program Administrator.
