Response Rate Report

Here is a quick how-to guide for viewing response rates on your surveys*: 

 

  • First, run the Entire Team Summary report for a specific month or time period. 
  • Once the report generates, scroll down to the link "View Response Rates for All Experiences" on the Total Experience Results line. Screenshot below: 
  • When you click on the link, a new report will pop up with the response rate information for the time frame you've selected. You can choose to download the report from there if you'd like as well. 

     

Please note: response data is delayed due to the reminders we send out. For the most accurate data, please select the Year to Date for the date range. All response data is uploaded by the 11th working day of the month. Response rates are also affected by the credit union’s relationship with their members, how often they communicate via the email channel, frequency, etc. Length of survey is a consideration too.




*This report is only available for users with full executive access.
