If your credit union is using tablets to collect member feedback, provide a benefit to the member when asking him or her to take your survey. Here’s an example of what you might say.
“Because we are a credit union owned by our members, we’re always trying to create the best experience possible for our members. I’d really appreciate your taking a minute to complete our short survey to let us know how we did.”
If yes: Hand the tablet to the member.
If no: “I can appreciate that. I’ll email you the survey so you can take it when it’s more convenient for you.”
