MemberXP Alerts 

 

MemberXP offers a variety of email alerts that you can opt in to receive to stay on top of your member experience program. Whether you want to be notified when a new mystery shop is available or when a member requests follow up - there is an alert for you! 

Every user has the ability to configure their own alert settings to ensure they receive alerts that are personalized to their needs and role. 

 

Alert Types 

Below is a list of the current types of alerts available. It is important to note that your alert options may be limited as they are dependent on the program and options selected in your set up. If there is an alert that you would like to receive that is not available to you, please contact your client success manager or the help desk to discuss the requirements of that alert. 

 

Shop Email Notification (MemberShoppers Only)

  • Receive alerts when new mystery shops are available

 

Survey Low Score Alert

  • Receive alerts when members give you a low score 
  • MemberXP standard low score thresholds are as follows - 
    • Net Promoter Score: Below 9
    • Member Effort Score: Below 6
    • Overall Satisfaction: Below 4
  • Low score thresholds can be customized upon request 

 

Survey Follow Up Request

  • Receive alerts when members request follow-up on their survey

 

Survey Additional Information Request

  • Receive alerts when members request additional information on a product or service on their survey

 

Survey Custom Question Request 

  • Receive alerts when members respond to a custom question with a specific answer you want to track

 

Survey Social Media Alert

  • Receive alerts when members leave the survey with the intention to leave a review on social media

 

Survey Testimonial Alert

  • Receive alerts when members give permission to use their comments as a testimonial 

 

Perfect Score Alert 

  • Receive alerts when employees receive perfect scoring surveys 
  • Perfect scores are as follows -  
    • Net Promoter Score: 10
    • Member Effort Score: 7 
    • Total Experience Score: 5 
  • Please submit a Help Desk ticket to activate this alert. Once active, your users must opt in to receive this alert. 

 

Reminder - Saves & Opportunities Alert

  • Receive alerts when a save or opportunity has been assigned and a status update has not occurred within a specified timeframe
  • Reminder alerts can be set up for the following timeframes - 
    • 3 days
    • 7 days
    • 14 days 
  • Program admin users can activate this alert. Once active, your users must opt in to receive this alert.

 

Setting up Alerts 

Click on the profile icon to expand the menu and select Edit Profile.

 

 

Under the Personal Information tab, enter your email address. MemberXP will send your alerts to the email provided in this field. 

 

 

Under the Notifications tab, select which alerts you would like to opt in to receive. Then, select Click to Update Profile to save your selections.

 

It is worth noting that any changes you make will only apply to your personal alert settings. They will not impact the settings of any other users on your team.
