This article provides detail on the March 14th, 2023 MemberView update made to the "Saves" section within the Saves, Opportunities, Testimonials, and Social Media report. Other sections of this report will be updated in future weeks, however, at this time this update ONLY affects the Saves section this report.

Add Notes and Update an Assigned Save FAST!

Gone are the cumbersome days to update an assigned Save's notes and status. We have worked hard to remove the amount of steps required, but still keep the original functionality some of you may be used to. Here are some steps that outline how to update these items more quickly:

Run the Saves, Opportunities, Social Media Report for your specified timeframe:

Scroll down to see the list of members who qualified as "saves." From here, hover your mouse over the response's corresponding cell the falls under the "Notes" column.

- If no note, has been added to the response, this cell should appear blank. If a note has been added previously, then a pencil icon should be showing. (Pencil Icon has always appeared, but "+" icon is new)

Select the "+" to take you automatically to the notes section. At this point, you should now be at the note section in the response and you should have the ability to type a note into the response. Additionally, you should also see the response's "Save" status just above the note section.

You will now see 3 different buttons: "Save Note", "Save Note In Progress",  and "Save Note Closed"

Once you have finished typing your note, select the In Progress or Closed save note button in order to save the note and change the status simultaneously.
