Report Overview

The Scorecard Report allows you to track trends in your KPI scores and monitor performance over time. This report allows you to monitor trends in Total Experience Scores (TES), Net Promoter Scores (NPS), Member Effort Scores (MES), Member Effort Gap, and Total Individual Scores. By default, this report will display trends overall for all teams and survey types month-to-month. This will help you to identify trends and any dramatic score changes for your credit union each month.

Below the trending chart, there is a data table that summarizes the overall scores for each month and also includes the overall average score for all months combined. This data can easily be copied and pasted into external tools - like Excel - for further data analysis if needed.

Filter Options

The Scorecard Report also includes filter options to filter the data by Branch Coach and by Employee. If you would like to see data trends by Branch Coach use the 'Filter by Branch Coach' filter to select your desired Branch Coach Team(s) and select 'Display Data.' This will allow you to compare teams against one another and against the overall scores for the credit union. Once again, the data table below the chart will also summarize the data displayed and include overall averages for the timeframe.

If you would like to see data trends by employee use the 'Filter by Employee' filter to select your desired employee(s) and select 'Display Data.' This will allow you to compare individual employees against one another and against the overall scores for the credit union.

You could use the 'Filter by Employee' filter to identify and reward your top performing employees and identify low performing employees who may need some coaching.

If the trending chart is difficult analyze, you can toggle trend lines for specific teams or employees on/off as needed by clicking their name in the key to the right of the chart.

Lastly, you can use the 'Display By' filter to change the cadence of the trend line from monthly to quarterly or yearly. This can help you track progress or changes in your scores each quarter or year to pull different insights and trends.
