Implementation Process

What to expect during implementation

The implementation process can be daunting but have no fear, we are here to walk you through every phase of the process. Our implementation process is broken down into three phases: Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3. The implementation process can take anywhere from six to eight weeks to complete. To start we will provide you with login credentials to our ‘demo’ site where you can familiarize yourself with our website, our resource library, and the various reports you will be able to run once your program is up and running. We will also provide you with an implementation timeline that lists dates and tasks to keep us on track to launch your survey program. Below is the breakdown of the phases.

Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4)

  • Complete our Onboarding Information Exchange survey which will be provided to you via email. This survey will provide us with the key individuals within your credit union that we will work with directly. We will also need you to define your objectives. What do you hope to gain by implementing a voice of member survey program? What deliverables do you hope to produce and how do you plan on incorporating our member experience program into your organizational objectives?
  • Decide which experience types you would like to implement. We have 16 standard survey templates for you to choose from.
  • Review the standard survey templates, customize them as desired, and return them to us.
  • Review the email invitation branding documentation that will be provided to you, provide your logo, and a signatory for your invites.
  • Complete the Closed Loop Options survey that will be provided via email.
  • Submit ‘test’ data files to our secure FTP site. We will provide login credentials for your credit union.

Phase 2 (Weeks 2-6)

  • Review survey and email invite drafts and provide any additional customization or edits.
  • Test the survey with the provided links and provide feedback.
  • Provide us with your final approval for the email invites and surveys.

Phase 3 (Weeks 6-8)

  • Submit your employee and user access list.
  • Submit your ‘live’ data files for the launch.
  • Participate in a reporting walkthrough session with your Client Success Manager.
