How to Access the Data Discrepancies Report

The Data Discrepancies Report is a valuable feature that helps address common issues with data discrepancies between regular data files from credit unions and their Employee List in the MXP platform. For employees to be surveyed, they must be listed in both the data file and the Employee List in MXP. This ensures accurate responses and representation in the data.

Common Causes of Data Discrepancies:

  1. Name Mismatch: The employee’s name in the regular data file from the credit union doesn’t match the name on the MXP employee list. This could be due to a spelling error, typo, or the addition of middle initials.

  2. Employee ID Mismatch: The employee ID in the data file doesn’t match the unique employee ID on the MXP employee list.

  3. Missing Employee: The employee in the data file wasn’t added to the MXP employee list.

In all these cases, surveys will not be sent to these employees until the discrepancies are corrected.

Using the Data Discrepancies Report:
This feature allows you to run a report that quickly identifies and lists the names of employees with discrepancies between the data file and the MXP employee list. This enables you to make the necessary corrections to the impacted employees.
